For owner, Keith Mazzo, opening Mazzo Motors Collision wasn’t just a business opportunity – it was a chance to continue serving a community he has called home throughout his career.
After spending 13 years working for Auction Direct, Keith faced an unexpected crossroads when the company closed its doors. Just two years before the closure, Auction Direct had purchased a collision repair facility to service its internal fleet. When the shutdown was announced, Keith saw an opportunity.
“The day they announced closing, I had the idea of opening this back up to the Victor community,” Keith recalls. “Almost the right place at the right time.”
That vision became reality when Mazzo Motors Collision officially opened on March 1st, 2025, at 1093 McMahon Rd in Victor.
Keith’s connection to Victor runs deep. Having worked in the area for over a decade, he wasn’t interested in starting over somewhere else.
“I remember when Victor was considered rural and was mostly fields when I was a kid,” he says. “I’m proud that we were able to be part of the growth in this community.”

For Keith, the most rewarding part of the business isn’t just fixing vehicles – it’s restoring something that matters to people’s everyday lives.
“Your personal vehicle is part of your life,” he explains. “Being able to take a crumpled pile of metal and return it to a client just like the day it rolled out of the factory, fixed and cleaned inside and out, is like the first day they picked up that vehicle brand new.”

“We can go from 0 to 100 within an hour sometimes,” Keith says. “That unpredictability always turns a typical day into chaos, but it’s always a good chaos to have.”
When the workday slows down, the team enjoys taking in the natural beauty around the property. They’ve even named some of their regular wildlife visitors – including Tina and Rico, two geese that return each year, and Oscar the Osprey who frequently fishes nearby.
