Don entered the Financial Services Industry in 2000 with Wall Street Financial Group, rising to level of Head Equities Trader. After his departure from Wall Street Financial Group in 2002, Don spent a short time overseeing the trading and operations of a Rochester based asset management organization, later moving on within that organization to join its Broker-Dealer, Ensemble Financial Services. During the majority of his time with Ensemble Financial Services, Don operated in the capacity of Vice President of Operations, supporting and servicing over 140 independent Financial Advisors and their clients. In 2011, Don joined Anderson-VanHorne Associates, Inc. as a Financial Advisor and Representative. Don and his wife Christina have three children and are residents of Fairport, NY.
