    Spencer graduated from S.U.N.Y. Brockport with a Bachelors degree in accounting and has experience training financial consultants and assisting individual clients with their financial plans. He also works with small businesses to help them enhance their employee benefits packages.

     Spencer holds Series 7, 24, 55, 63 & 65 FINRA licenses and is Life, Accident, and Health insurance licensed in New York State. He is also a Certified Financial Planning practitioner. Spencer has been awarded a five star quality rating by Paladin Registry after a comprehensive review of his credentials, ethics, business practices, and financial services. Only 7% of the advisors in the financial services industry qualify for the Registry’s highest quality rating.
